Reducing vehicle speeds/Leiderdorpsebrug bus stop/Green

Point1: due to the high vehicle speed and the absence of a zebra cross, I feel very unsafe for the many small kids living in our neighbourhood (Bruggestraat) which is directly connected to the Hoge Rijndijk. It's always very dangerous to get in and out our street from the Hoge Rijndijjk by car, bikes and by walking. That is particularly noticeable every time the bike path along the Utrechtse Jaagpad gets closed.

Point 2: there is no way for a person who cannot walk to achieve the Leiderdorpsebrug bus stop (direction Leiden to Leiderdorp). The Matilo tunnel is there but the only way to get to the stop is by stairs which are not wheelchair/stroller or crutches friendly.

Point3: there is complete absence of green. For inspiration I would suggest to check how the Hoge Rijndijn looks in Leiderdorp.
